Designed for processing very large datasets, it outperforms Sawmill PROFESSIONAL on both log import and report generation, when run on a fast multiprocessor server. Sawmill ENTERPRISE integrates easily into an existing enterprise environment, connecting to an high-end database server, providing a flexible hierarchy of permissions for Sawmill users, and allowing real-time reporting during import even on very large datasets. The Sawmill scripting language (Salang) also offers the ENTERPRISE user the ability to customize the complete user interface (Administration and Report interfaces) and add or modify many of the reporting functions in order to customize or personalize the product or to add specialized functions.
